Shelby is a well-respected construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience managing and guiding integrated project teams. Prior to Cinterra, Shelby held various management and executive positions with leading engineering and construction companies, most recently as senior vice president and president at Black and Veatch, a $4+ billion EPC. Under Shelby’s leadership, Cinterra is poised for its next chapter of growth as the company continues to expand its national presence as a leading renewable energy contractor for utility-scale solar, natural gas, wind and energy storage.

Nick offers a broad range of experience to Cinterra, with a career that spans both regulated and deregulated industries, primarily within the energy sector. He spent over 20 years as a financial executive at Quanta Services, a leading multibillion-dollar energy infrastructure provider. Most recently, he served as CFO at Orbital Infrastructure, a $375 million contractor specializing in electric power, telecommunications, and renewable energy. Known for his expertise in establishing process-driven internal controls, Nick’s broad skill set includes financial growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, operations, financial planning, and accounting.
