Shelby is a well-respected construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience managing and guiding integrated project teams. Prior to Cinterra, Shelby held various management and executive positions with leading engineering and construction companies, most recently as senior vice president and president at Black and Veatch, a $4+ billion EPC. Under Shelby’s leadership, Cinterra is poised for its next chapter of growth as the company continues to expand its national presence as a leading renewable energy contractor for utility-scale solar, natural gas, wind and energy storage.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Keith Crumpler joined DSI as Chief Financial Officer in 2017. His previous industry experience includes 6 years in commercial banking with two top 10 banks. Current responsibilities include capital planning & sourcing, financial reporting, analytics & strategy, and cultivating means and methods aimed at improving the efficiency of DSI’s team members. Keith holds a BS in Business Administration from Lee University and completed post-graduate accounting at the University of North Carolina.

Derek has over 20 years of success leading the transformation of multiple organizations and functions for multibillion-dollar projects and business lines at Fortune 130 companies and medium sized companies. He brings over 15 years of his career dedicated to supporting global Heavy Industrial Construction & Program Management firms. Originally from San Antonio, TX, Derek holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Rice University.

Over 20 years of end-to-end lifecycle project and change management experience and a certified project manager and leadership coach. Most recently in roles at Meta and Tesla and 12 years at FLUOR in various management roles. Diverse global experience includes large-scale integration and construction projects in the oil and gas, mining, government, and automotive industries.

Rachel Bagley

VICE PRESIDENT, CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

Experienced executive with over 30 years of energy industry experience. Extensive track record of managing all aspects of projects and business initiatives that drive customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of quality that result in reliable delivery of diverse technologies including solar, battery energy storage, renewable fuels, gas infrastructure, conventional power, nuclear and reclaimed water.

VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT SERVICES

Ted brings over 35 years of experience in the power industry with a wealth of knowledge and strategic vision that has resulted in a proven track record for building sustainable client relationships. Ted will play a vital role in building out Cinterra’s self-perform solar business and prides himself on creating a supportive culture focused on results for his customers through collaboration, creativity, and perseverance.

Mike is a driven leader with over 17 years of experience in finance, operations, and accounting related roles. He is a trusted advisor and a proven leader with expertise that has resulted in fueling significant business growth while creating considerable operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Cinterra, Mike was a Business Unit CFO for Syneos Health’s Neurosciences Therapeutic Area with prior experience in leading finance roles at 3D Systems, Inc. Mike spent the first nine years of his career at PwC, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.
